摘要
针对金属-橡胶复合测量耙及主体骨架耙体分别进行静强度分析、模态分析及随机振动分析,分析了橡胶结构对测量耙固有频率特性及振动应力的影响。研究结果表明,橡胶结构对测量耙静应力及整体刚性的影响几乎可以忽略;橡胶结构会导致测量耙固有频率降低,且随着频率增加,固有频率降低比率越大;橡胶结构使得金属-橡胶复合测量耙振动应力显著降低,相比于主体骨架耙体降低26.8%。
In this paper,the static strength analysis,modal analysis and random vibration analysis of the metal-rubber composite rake and frame rake are carried out respectively;and the influence of rubber on the natural frequency and vibration stress of rake is analyzed.The research results show that the influence of rubber on the static stress and the overall rigidity of the rake are almost negligible;the natural frequency of rake decreases due to the rubber construction,and with the increase of the frequency,the natural frequency reduction ratio becomes larger;then,the rubber structure significantly reduces the vibration stress of the metal-rubber composite rake by 26.8%compared with that of the frame rake.
