摘要
设计了一种应用于电动机输出轴与联轴器压装的机器。电动机输出轴联轴器压装机包括总体机械结构设计和相关的自动控制装置。以液压系统为动力源通过控制电磁换向阀工作,实现液压缸的工进与非工进,再通过辅助支撑部件最终完成电动机输出轴与联轴器的压装工作,该结构简单设计合理,实用性较强,它能替代人工劳动完成电动机输出轴与联轴器的装配。
A kind of machine that is applied to press-fit the motor output shaft and the coupling is designed in this paper,and it can replace the manual labor to complete the assembly of motor output shaft and the coupling.The motor output shaft coupling press machine includes the overall mechanical structural design and related automatic control devices.The hydraulic system is used as the power source to control the work of the electromagnetic reversing valve to realize the on-work and off-work of the hydraulic cylinder;then the auxiliary support assembly is used to finally complete the press-fitting work of the motor output shaft and the coupling.Thus a machine pressed with the motor output shaft and coupling is obtained,which is simple,reasonable designed and practical.
