板式换热器换热片精密冲裁模具设计

摘要 分析了换热片零件的结构和工艺特点,有针对性的制定了模具设计制造工艺方案,优化了模具设计结构。采用铸铁模座替换原钢制模座,上模刀块采用镶拼结构取代原整体刀块,同时刀块加工成斜刃口代替原来平刃刀口,用滚珠导柱组件取代普通导柱,用聚氨酯棒代替弹簧。实用结果表明,显著提高了模具冲裁精度,延长了模具使用寿命,减少了设备资金投入、模具数量投入。同时大幅提升了产品质量,提高了生产效率,满足了大批量生产的需求。同时对同类产品的成型具有一定的参考作用。 In this paper,a mold design and manufacturing plan for the heat exchange plate is formulated and the mold design structure is improved based on the analysis of structure and process features of the heat exchanger parts.The cast iron die holder is used to replace the original steel die holder;the inset structure is adopted in the upper die cutter block to replace the original whole tool holder;at the same time,the knife block is processed into an oblique edge instead of the original flat edge cutter head,the ball guide post assembly is used instead of the ordinary guide post,while the polyurethane rod is used to replace the spring.The results show that the design improves the blanking accuracy and extends the service life of the die,and it also helps to increase the economic efficiency by reducing investment of equipment and capital,which would improve the product quality and production efficiency,so as to meet the mass production demands.Meanwhile,the results of the design could be used for reference in the die design process of the similar products.
