袋装水泥自动装车机控制系统设计

Design of Control System for Bagged Cement Automatic Loader

针对袋装水泥自动化装车需求,提出一种抽屉式自动装车机设计方案。设计自动装车机多传感信息融合系统,采用DSP微处理器设计硬件控制系统和软件控制系统,实现袋装水泥自动装车机的智能控制。通过对样机的调试及实验,验证了控制系统的可行性,对袋装产品码垛装车具有一定的指导意义。

Aiming at the automatic loading requirements of bagged cement,a design scheme for the drawer-type automatic loading machine is proposed in this paper.A multi-sensor information fusion system of automatic loader is designed.The DSP microprocessor is used to design the hardware control system and software control system so as to realize the intelligent control of the bagged cement automatic loader.The feasibility of the control system is verified through the debugging and experiments of the prototype,which has certain guiding significance for the palletized loading of bagged products.
