液体火箭发动机薄膜式电加热器装配工艺试验

摘要 重点阐述薄膜式电加热器装配工艺试验方法,分析薄膜式电加热器粘贴质量不稳定问题,提出制作专用涂胶模板工装、确定薄膜型电加热器装配工艺要求,通过对薄膜式电加热器的粘贴试验和加热试验,得出胶液静置时间、胶液涂抹厚度、粘贴固定方式等工艺参数和要求,对提高电加热器粘贴装配的一致性和质量的可靠性具有一定参考价值。 This paper focuses on the assembly process test method and analysis of the thin film electric heater.Aiming at the problem of unstable sticking quality of the thin film electric heater,it puts forward to make special gluing template fixture and determine the assembly process requirements of the thin film electric heater.Through the sticking test and heating test of the thin film electric heater,it obtains the technological parameters and requirements such as glue solution static time,glue solution coating thickness and sticking fixing method,which has the value of improving the consistency and quality reliability of the sticking and assembling of the electric heater.
