摘要
在铝合金零件加工中,控制变形是面临的一项普遍又关键性的问题。就铝合金零件加工中变形的原因进行了分析,提出了控制变形的工艺措施,即控制切削过程中的切削力及切削温度,通过对薄壁腔体类零件多次切削加工实验,验证了不同切削参数及工艺措施对减小切削变形的显著影响,为解决铝合金零件加工变形问题提供参考。
In the machining process of aluminum alloy parts,the deformation control is a niversal and critical problem.In this paper,the causes of deformation in the processing of aluminum alloy parts are analyzed,and the technological measures to control the deformation are put forward,that is,to control the cutting force and cutting temperature in the process of cutting.Through the cutting experiments on thin-walled cavity parts,the effect of different cutting parameters and technological measures on reducing the cutting deformation is verified,which provides a reference for solving the machining deformation problem of aluminum alloy parts.
