摘要
目的:分析在实施临床血糖监测的过程中快速血糖仪的临床应用价值。方法:本次实验研究的对象收治于2018年10月~2019年10月,共包括在本院接受血糖检验的患者105例。基于全自动生化分析仪空腹血糖检测结果分为四组。所有患者均运用生化分析仪和快速血糖仪这两种方法实施血糖监测,对比分析其血糖检测结果与检测所需要的时间。结果:在血糖检测结果的比较上,快速血糖仪与生化分析仪无统计学差异(P>0.05);在血糖检测所需时间的比较上,快速血糖仪明显短于生化分析仪,统计学差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:快速血糖仪所需要的检测时间明显较短,且具有操作简单、体积小与方便快捷等显著的特点。
Objective:To analyze the clinical application value of rapid glucose meter in clinical blood glucose monitoring.Methods:The subjects of this experimental study were admitted from October 2018 to October 2019,including a total of 105 patients who received blood glucose test in our hospital.Based on the results of fasting blood glucose detection with automatic biochemical analyzer,the 105 patients were divided into four groups.All patients were monitored by biochemical analyzer and rapid blood glucose meter to compare and analyze their blood glucose test results and the time required for the test.Results:In the comparison of blood glucose detection results,there was no statistical difference between the rapid blood glucose meter and the biochemical analyzer(P>0.05).In the comparison of the time required for blood glucose detection,the rapid blood glucose meter was significantly shorter than the biochemical analyzer,with a significant statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detection time of rapid blood glucose meter is obviously shorter,and it is characterized by simple operation,small physical examination,convenience and rapidity.Therefore,it is worthy of being widely promoted as an ideal blood glucose monitoring method.
