摘要
目的:分析研究气相色谱-质谱联用仪在果蔬常用农药残留检测中的应用成效。方法:应用岛津GCMS-TQ8040气相质谱联用仪对果蔬样品中的氟乐灵、乙草胺、异丙甲草胺、二甲戊灵、反式氯丹等10种农药残留进行检测分析。结果:果蔬样品中10种除草剂、杀菌剂、杀虫剂等农药残留平均回收率为78.81%~117.96%。结论:应用气相色谱-质谱联用仪可以对果蔬中常用农药残留进行检测,方便会计,准确度高,具有较好的应用效果。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of GC-MS in the determination of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables.Methods:Using Shimadzu GCMSTQ8040 gas-phase mass spectrometer to detect 10 kinds of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables,such as fluor,acetochlor,metolachlor,pendimethalin and trans-chlordane and so on.Results:The average recovery rate of 10 herbicides,fungicides and insecticides was 78.81%~117.96%.Conclusion:GC-MS can be used to detect pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables,and it has a good application effect.
