外科门诊换药室消毒灭菌质量监测与管理研究

Study on the Monitoring and Management of Disinfection and Sterilization Quality in the Dressing Room of A Surgical Clinic

目的:探究外科门诊换药室消毒灭菌质量监测与管理的效果。方法:选取本院2019年3月~2019年5月在职的4名外科门诊换药室人员及79件再生医疗器械作为研究对象,并采取消毒灭菌质量监测与管理干预,对比干预前后3个月内外科门诊换药室消毒灭菌质量检测效果及满意度。结果:干预后器械灭菌合格率、器械回收合格率、器械包装合格率、器械保管完好率均显著优于干预前;且干预后满意度明显提高,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对外科门诊换药室采取消毒灭菌质量监测与管理干预有助于提升医疗器械消毒灭菌质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of monitoring and management of disinfection and sterilization quality in the dressing room of a surgical clinic.Methods:We selected 4 surgical outpatient staff and 79 regenerative medical devices in our hospital from March 2019 to May 2019 as research objects,and adopted disinfection and sterilization quality monitoring and management interventions.The effectiveness and satisfaction of the quality inspection of disinfection and sterilization in the dressing room of the surgical clinic during the month.Results:The qualified rate of device sterilization,the qualified rate of device recycling,the qualified rate of device packaging,and the intact rate of device storage after intervention were significantly better than before the intervention;and the satisfaction after the intervention was significantly improved,and the data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The disinfection and sterilization quality monitoring and management intervention in the dressing room of the surgical clinic are helpful to improve the quality of the disinfection and sterilization of medical devices,and have certain clinical promotion value.
