超声引导下不同浓度罗哌卡因对老年患者臂丛神经的阻滞效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察老年患者于超声引导下应用不同浓度罗哌卡因对臂丛神经的阻滞效果。方法:选取本院收治的上肢手术老年患者60例,选取时间2018年6月~2019年5月,按照奇偶分组法将老年患者分成A、B、C三组,罗哌卡因用药浓度依次为0.250%、0.375%、0.500%。分析、比较3组患者的麻醉效果和恢复情况、不同神经部位完全阻滞情况。结果:C组麻醉起效时间,相较于A组、B组均较短,镇痛时间、运动阻滞恢复时间,相较于A组、B组均较长,P<0.05;C组于桡神经和尺神经、正中神经以及肌皮神经等不同神经部位,其完全阻滞率相较于A组均较高,P<0.05;B和C两组完全阻滞率对比,P>0.05。结论:超声引导下高浓度罗哌卡因对老年患者臂丛神经的阻滞效果更佳,可提高神经阻滞率,效果显著。 Objective:To observe the effect of different concentrations of ropivacaine on brachial plexus nerve block in elderly patients under ultrasound guidance.Methods:60 elderly patients undergoing upper extremity surgery in our hospital were selected.From June 2018 to May 2019,the elderly patients were divided into three groups according to the odd-even grouping method.The drug concentration of ropivacaine was as follows 0.250%,0.375%,0.500%.Analyze and compare the anesthesia effect and recovery of the three groups of patients,and the complete blockage of different nerve parts.Results:The onset time of anesthesia in group C was shorter than that in groups A and B.The analgesic time and recovery time of exercise block were longer than those in groups A and B,P<0.05;Radial nerve,ulnar nerve,median nerve,musculocutaneous nerve and other nerve parts have complete block rates higher than group A,P<0.05;B and C groups have complete block rates,P>0.05.Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided high-concentration ropivacaine has a better effect on the brachial plexus nerve block in elderly patients,and it can increase the nerve block rate with a significant effect.
