摘要
目的:探究普林格尔YS-P400多系统治疗仪对产后早期盆底功能康复的影响。方法:选取2017年10月~2018年10月本院产后门诊收治的200例分娩产妇作为研究对象,利用随机数字表法将患者随机分为实验组与对照组,每组各100例。实验组采用普林格尔YS-P400多系统治疗仪进行产后盆底功能康复训练,对照组采用传统运动方式进行盆底功能康复锻炼。比较实验组和对照组的小便失禁发生率、盆腔疼痛发生率及阴道收缩压、阴道收缩持续时间和阴道静息压的不同。结果:实验组患者的小便失禁发生率和盆腔疼痛发生率低于对照组,其阴道收缩压、阴道收缩持续时间及阴道静息压高于对照组,上述指标对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在产后早期盆底功能康复训练中,应用普林格尔YS-P400多系统治疗仪相对于传统运动方式进行盆底功能康复能有效减少小便失禁及盆腔疼痛发生率,提升产后盆底肌张力,减少盆底肌功能障碍,值得临床应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of Pringle YS-P400 multi-system therapeutic instrument on early postpartum pelvic floor functional rehabilitation.Methods:From October 2017 to October 2018,200 cases of parturients in the postpartum clinic of our hospital were selected as the research object,and the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,100 cases in each group.The experimental group used Pringle YS-P400 multi-system therapeutic instrument for postpartum pelvic floor functional rehabilitation training,and the control group used traditional exercise methods for pelvic floor functional rehabilitation training.Compare the incidence of urinary incontinence,the incidence of pelvic pain,and the differences in vaginal systolic pressure,duration of vaginal contraction,and vaginal resting pressure in the experimental and control groups.Results:The incidence of urinary incontinence and the incidence of pelvic pain in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and their vaginal systolic pressure,duration of vaginal contraction,and vaginal resting pressure were higher than those in the control group.(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the early postpartum pelvic floor functional rehabilitation training,the application of Pringle YS-P400 multi-system therapeutic apparatus compared with traditional exercise methods for pelvic floor functional rehabilitation can effectively reduce the incidence of urinary incontinence and pelvic pain,and improve postpartum pelvic floor muscles tension,reducing pelvic floor muscle dysfunction,is worthy of clinical application.
