超声造影(CEUS)技术对原发性肝癌(PLC)介入治疗疗效的评估价值

Evaluation of Contrast-Enhanced Ultrasound(Ceus)Technology in the Evaluation of Interventional Therapy for Primary Liver Cancer(Plc)

目的:评析超声造影(CEUS)技术对原发性肝癌(PLC)介入治疗疗效的评估价值,为后续的临床应用奠定理论基础。方法:选取本院2018年2月~2019年2月收治的原发性肝癌患者50例。对所有患者进行介入治疗,治疗前、后进行超声造影检查,评价总有效率、病灶增强方式、时间、强度。结果:CEUS总有效率优于CT诊断;治疗后增强时间长于治疗前,增强强度低于治疗前。结论:超声造影可显示肝癌介入治疗后的残留病灶位置、大小、形态及未灭活区域等,可以作为肝癌介入治疗后疗效评价的有效方法。

Objective:To evaluate the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)technology in evaluating the therapeutic effect of primary liver cancer(PLC)interventional therapy,and to lay the theoretical foundation for subsequent clinical application.Methods:Fifty patients with primary liver cancer treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected.Interventional treatment was performed on all patients.Contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination was performed before and after treatment to evaluate the total effective rate,focus enhancement method,time,and intensity.Studies have shown that the total effective rate of CEUS is better than CT diagnosis;the enhancement time after treatment is longer than that before treatment,and the enhancement intensity is lower than before treatment.Conclusion:Contrast-enhanced ultrasound can show the location,size,morphology,and non-inactivated area of residual lesions after interventional treatment of liver cancer,and can be used as an effective method for evaluating the efficacy of liver cancer after interventional treatment.
