取石网篮在输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗上段输尿管结石中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨取石网篮在输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗上段输尿管结石中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月~2018年12月65例输尿管上段结石患者的临床资料,均行输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗,将术中应用取石网篮的35例纳入观察组,术中未应用取石网篮的30例纳入对照组,比较两组手术效果。结果:两组患者均顺利完成手术,在手术时间、住院时间和术后并发症发生率方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组碎石成功率、结石残留率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗上段输尿管结石术中使用取石网篮可更彻底地清除结石,具有良好的临床应用价值。 Objective:To investigate the effect of holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscope with stone removal basket in the treatment of upper ureteral calculi.Methods:The clinical data of 65 cases of upper ureteral calculi from January 2018 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscope.35 cases of intraoperative application of stone removal basket were included in the observation group and 30 cases of intraoperative non-application of stone removal basket were included in the control group.Comparing the effect of operation between two groups.Results:The operation was successfully completed in both groups.There was no significant difference in operation time,hospitalization time and incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The success rate of lithotripsy and residual rate of stones in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscope for upper ureteral calculi can remove the calculi more thoroughly by using a basket,which has good clinical application value.
