比较胃镜治疗与内科治疗对消化性溃疡出血患者的治疗效果

To Compare the Therapeutic Effects of Gastroscopy and Internal Medicine on Peptic Ulcer Hemorrhage Patients

目的:分析胃镜治疗与内科治疗对消化性溃疡出血患者的治疗效果。方法:选取2018年2月~2019年2月本院收治的66例消化性溃疡出血患者,按照入院顺序将患者分为2组,采用内科治疗的患者定义为内科组,采用胃镜治疗的患者定义为胃镜组,比较两组患者的治疗效果、止血时间、输血量以及住院时间。结果:胃镜组的止血时间、输血量以及住院时间低于内科组,胃镜组治疗的总有效率高于内科组,两组之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胃镜治疗消化性溃疡出血具有显著的效果,增强了止血效果,降低了输血量和住院时间,提高了治疗的有效率。

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effects of gastroscopy and internal medicine on peptic ulcer hemorrhage patients.Methods:66 patients with peptic ulcer hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the admission order.Patients treated by internal medicine were defined as internal medicine group,and patients treated by gastroscope were defined as gastroscope group.The treatment effect,hemostasis time,blood transfusion volume and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared.Results:The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gastroscopy has significant effect in treating peptic ulcer hemorrhage,which enhances the hemostatic effect,reduces the amount of blood transfusion and hospitalization time,improves the effective rate of treatment,and is worthy of clinical application.
