CT影像技术诊断股骨头坏死的价值分析

Analysis of the Value of CT Imaging in the Diagnosis of Femoral Head Necrosis

目的:探究分析CT影像技术诊断股骨头坏死的临床效果。方法:选取本院2016年5月~2018年5月收治的股骨头坏死患者50例进行研究,按照患者采取不同的诊断方法分为CT组和MRI组,对比两组诊断效果。结果:CT组患者的阳性诊断检出率稍低于MRI组,CT组股骨头坏死分级检出率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:在股骨头坏死患者临床中采用CT和MRI技术诊断检查,两种检测方法的诊断结果无显著差异,在临床中运用需要根据患者的实际情况选择合适的检查方法。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of CT imaging in the diagnosis of femoral head necrosis.Methods:50 patients with femoral head necrosis admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were selected for study.According to different diagnostic methods adopted by patients,they were divided into CT group and MRI group,and the diagnostic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The positive diagnostic detection rate in CT group was slightly lower than that in MRI group,and there was no significant difference in the grading detection rate of femoral head necrosis in CT group(P>0.05).Conclusion:CT and MRI techniques were used in the clinical diagnosis of femoral head necrosis,and there was no significant difference in the diagnostic results of the two methods.Therefore,appropriate examination methods should be selected according to the actual situation of patients in clinical application.
