微量注射泵在老年顽固性低血压患者血液透析治疗中的应用

Trace Injection Pump in Elderly Patients with Refractory Hypotension Blood Dialysis Treatment Application

目的:探究老年顽固性低血压患者在血液透析治疗中应用微量注射泵的效果。方法:于2018年8月~2019年8月在本院随机选取72例应用血液透析治疗的老年顽固性低血压患者为研究对象,按照72例患者的入院时间分为两组,即微量组与对照组各36例。微量组通过微量注射泵泵入多巴胺,对照组通过传统方式注入多巴胺。比较两组患者的注入效果以及不良反应发生率与治疗满意度评分。结果:微量组患者多巴胺注入后的血压升高时间与血压平稳度评分均明显优于对照组患者多巴胺注入后的血压升高时间与血压平稳度评分,P<0.05,两组数据差异具有统计学意义。对照组患者多巴胺注入后的不良反应发生率以及治疗满意度评分均显著低于微量组患者多巴胺注入后的不良反应发生率以及治疗满意度评分,P<0.05,两组数据差异具有统计学意义。结论:老年顽固性低血压患者在血液透析治疗中应用微量注射泵的效果非常显著,可以确保患者的血压指标在治疗过程中处于平稳状态。也可以随时调整多巴胺的泵入量,对患者血液透析的治疗效果有积极意义,临床价值显著。

Objective:To explore the old patients with refractory hypotension in the application of trace injection pump in hemodialysis treatment effect.Methods:In August 2018~August 2019 in our hospital randomly selected 72 cases of hemodialysis treatment in elderly patients with refractory hypotension as the research object,according to 72 patients admitted to hospital time was divided into two groups,namely the trace group and the control group(n=36).Trace group by trace injection pump pumping dopamine,the control group by traditional way of dopamine.Compare two groups of patients with injection effect and incidence of adverse reactions and treatment satisfaction score.Results:Of trace group increase blood pressure in patients after dopamine injection time and blood pressure rating is better than the control group patients after injection of dopamine blood pressure time and blood pressure rating,P<0.05,statistically significant differences in two groups of data.Dopamine injection control group patients after the incidence of adverse reactions and treatment satisfaction scores were significantly worse than trace dopamine injection group patients after the incidence of adverse reactions and treatment satisfaction ratings,P<0.05,statistically significant differences in two groups of data.Conclusion:In elderly patients with refractory hypotension in the application of trace injection pump in hemodialysis treatment effect is very significant,can ensure that the patient’s blood pressure index in the treatment process is in steady state.Also can adjust the pump intake of dopamine,the therapeutic effect of hemodialysis on the patients with positive significance,significant clinical value.
