摘要
从应用转型发展视角,通过对国家教育政策及战略调整回顾,讨论了地方新升本院校外语教师专业素养的五大基本构成及其培养应把握的三个基本重心,以期对应用型外语教学改革发展提供借鉴。
The paper, from the perspective of application-oriented transforming development, through a brief review of the adjustments in national education policies and strategies, discusses the five basic components of the professional qualities of foreign language teachers in local newly-established undergraduate colleges, and the three cores to foster the cultivation of the professional qualities. It is hoped that this study will shed some light on the application-oriented foreign language teaching reform.
