摘要
我国餐饮行业近年来发展势头迅猛,餐饮规模不断扩大,餐饮消费逐年上升,餐饮消费成为推动国民消费的重要力量。2020年初突然爆发的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情无疑给原本处于发力冲刺阶段的国内餐饮业重重一击,陷入漫长低潮。本文将分析突发性公共卫生事件影响下餐饮业的现状,并对其面临的困境以及如何摆脱危机重整旗鼓给出一些参考。
China's catering industry has developed rapidly in recent years.The scale of catering has continued to expand,and catering consumption has increased year by year.Catering consumption has become an important force to promote national consumption.The sudden outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic in early 2020 undoubtedly hit the domestic catering industry,which was originally in the sprint stage,into a long low tide.This article will analyze the current situation of the catering industry under the impact of sudden public health incidents,and give some references to its dilemma and on how to get rid of the crisis and regroup.
