摘要
在本研究中,开发了用于建设风电机组生产工厂的项目管理模型。应用程序评估和审查技术(PERT)来查找建造工厂时的关键工程,并计算正常条件下项目的总成本和总工期以及各种工程提前完成的总项目成本和总工期。通过模糊PERT模型可以设计出项目实施计划,可以最大程度地提高总体满意度,同时使总项目成本和总工期最小。
In this research,the project management model is developed for building a wind turbine production plant.Program evaluation review technology(PERT)is utilized to find the key work when building the plant,and the total cost and duration of the project are also calculated under normal conditions and early completion conditions.Furthermore,the project implementation plan can be designed by fuzzy PERT model,which can improve the overall satisfaction to the greatest extent and reduce the total cost and duration of the project.
