房地产在推动就业、促进不同地区经济发展、改善人居环境等方面都发挥着重要作用。随着房地产工程项目的增多,加强不同房地产工程管理对提高房地产企业市场竞争力具有重要作用。本文主要探讨房地产工程管理的有效途径,全文分别从房地产工程管理意义、房地产工程管理的主要阶段、房地产工程管理存在问题以及房地产工程管理的有效途径等方面展开分析,旨在不断提高房地产工程管理质量,保证项目的投资效益。
