Based on the background of"Double First-class"construction and the needs of the renovation and development of university library in the new era,this paper analyzed the resource advantages,talent advantages and basic research advantages of the development of think tank service in university library,and probed into the challenges and possible paths under the new situation.The research ideas could provide a reference for think tank service and development of university library.
