索赔决策是保证施工方和业主方的主体利益、维护企业利益有效性的重要途径,索赔是保障施工工程双方的正常权益,并降低规避风险的必然途径。随着政策的变化,业主需要承担的风险越来越多,在施工中出现经济风险、自然风险还是施工风险,暂且不论施工的过错方是谁,对施工工程造成的影响最显而易见的就是工期的延误问题和施工成本的提升,因此在实际的施工过程中,做好施工索赔博弈非常必要,本文以电力工程的施工索赔博弈进行分析研究。

Claim decision-making is an important way to ensure the main interests of the construction party and the owner,and to maintain the effectiveness of the interests of the enterprise.Claims are an inevitable way to protect the normal rights and interests of both parties of the construction project and reduce risks.With the change of policy,the owner needs to bear more and more risks,including economic risks,natural risks or construction risks in the construction.For the time being,no matter whose fault in the construction,the most obvious impact on the construction project is the construction period delay and the increase of construction cost,so in the actual construction process,it is very necessary to do a good job in the construction claims game.This paper analyzes and studies the construction claims game of electric power engineering.
