摘要
时代的进步和发展带动了电网营销项目的发展,同时我国社会和经济的迅速发展,要求在我国电网建设过程中,不断提高电力营销项目的管理水平。本文从营销项目计划管理的目标出发,梳理了计划管理的主要环节,明确了电网企业在计划管理工作中的任务,并相应提出了计划执行过程中的检查考核措施。
The progress and development of the times have driven the development of power grid marketing projects.At the same time,the rapid development of China's society and economy requires the continuous improvement of the management level of power marketing projects in the process of China's power grid construction.Starting from the objectives of marketing project plan management,this article sorts out the main links of plan management,clarifies the tasks of power grid companies in plan management,and puts forward corresponding inspection and evaluation measures during the plan implementation process.
