摘要
城市化的发展,城市高架桥梁建设需求也不断增多。传统建筑工程中多采用满堂支架,但此支架布置形式占地面积大、影响严重交通,无法满足城市高架桥梁施工的需要。相比于传统方法,钢管贝雷梁支撑体系很好地解决上述问题,对由于地基不均匀沉降导致的施工线型影响也有很好的改善。本文以实际工程为昆山中环快速化改造工程为背景,研究了钢管贝雷梁支撑体系在现浇箱梁施工中的应用,给出了经济适用的体系布置方案及施工质量控制措施。
With the development of urbanization,the demand for urban viaduct construction is also increasing.Most of the brackets are used in traditional construction projects,but the layout of this bracket covers a large area and affects severe traffic,which cannot meet the needs of urban viaduct construction.Compared with the traditional method,the steel pipe beret beam support system solves the above problems well,and also improves the influence of the construction linearity caused by the uneven settlement of the foundation.This article takes the actual project as the background of Kunshan Central Ring rapid transformation project,studies the application of the steel pipe beret beam support system in the construction of cast-in-situ box girder,and gives the economically applicable system layout plan and construction quality control measures.
