管廊施工主要机械设备配置及使用

摘要 城市道路地下综合管廊使城市地下空间得到了合理、有效的利用,是保障城市运行的重要基础设施和"生命线"。综合管廊的建设与发展解决了地上面积不足和市政管网错综复杂、维修困难的问题。中国第一条地下综合管廊始建于1958年的天安门地下广场下,长约2公里。目前为止,管廊施工技术已日渐趋于成熟,各项技术指标已完善。而道路地下管廊施工主要包含:测量放线、拉森钢板桩打拔及支护、深基坑开挖、基础垫层浇筑、管廊主体浇筑、管廊回填、管廊内部设备安装等各个工序,工序与工序之间需要紧密衔接,合理规划,非常考验施工单位的施工与管理水平,一旦管理不善,很有可能导致亏损。本文主要阐述了地下综合管廊明挖法施工时针对不同的环境选择合理的机械配置,可以为市政地下综合管廊施工的机械设备选用提供借鉴。 The underground integrated corridor of urban roads makes the urban underground space be used reasonably and effectively,and it is an important infrastructure and"lifeline"to ensure the operation of the city.The construction and development of the integrated pipe corridor solved the problems of insufficient ground area,intricate municipal pipe network and difficult maintenance.The first underground integrated pipe corridor in China was built under the Tiananmen Square in 1958 and is about 2 kilometers long.So far,the construction technology of the pipe corridor has gradually matured,and various technical indicators have been perfected.The procedures of construction of road underground pipe corridor mainly includes:measurement of pay-off,Larsen steel sheet pile extraction and support,deep foundation pit excavation,foundation cushion casting,pipe corridor main pouring,pipe corridor backfill,pipe corridor internal equipment installation.There is a need for a close connection between processes and reasonable planning,which is a great test of the construction and management level of the construction unit.If the management is not good,it may cause losses.This article mainly expounds the selection of reasonable mechanical configuration for different environments when the underground comprehensive pipe corridor is excavated openly,which can provide a reference for the selection of mechanical equipment for the construction of municipal underground integrated pipe corridor.
