摘要
针对梅花井煤矿环形水仓排水占用人力资源严重、作业环境复杂、日常管理难度大的问题,对环形水仓的排水设备进行了自动化改造。通过工业以太网实现远程控制,从而彻底改变了环形水仓传统的人工排水方式,达到了自动化换人、减员提效的目的。
Aiming at the problems that the drainage of the annular water storage in Meihuajing Coal Mine takes up a lot of human resources,the operation environment is complex,and the daily management is difficult,the drainage equipment of the annular storage is automatically transformed.The remote control is realized through industrial Ethernet,thus completely changing the traditional artificial drainage method of the ring water storage and achieving the purpose of automatic substitution,personnel reduction and efficiency improvement.
