知识产权导向下小微企业公共服务体系构建研究

Research on the Construction of Public Service System of Small and Micro Enterprisesunder the Guidance of Intellectual Property

借助文献研究法,从企业和政府两个视角对构建以知识产权为导向的小微企业公共服务体系的必要性进行梳理。小微企业因为科技创新、方便融资、改善产业结构、提升企业价值等原因,需要公共服务为企业建设提供帮助。随着经济时代的发展,在全球都越来越重视知识产权的大环境下,就要求我国政府必须积极主动地迎合注重知识产权的趋势,创设维护知识产权环境,并为其提供相关公共服务。

With the help of literature research,this paper combs the necessity of constructing the public service system of small and micro enterprises guided by intellectual property from the perspectives of enterprises and governments.Small and micro enterprises need public services to provide assistance to enterprise construction due to technological innovation,convenient financing,improved industrial structure,and enhanced enterprise value.With the development of the economic era,in the global environment where more and more attention is paid to intellectual property rights,it is required that the China government must proactively cater to the trend of paying attention to intellectual property rights,create and maintain an intellectual property environment,and provide related public services.
