早期中医干预治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎患者分析

Early intervention of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of a patient infected with corona virus disease 2019

目前新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)感染疫情不断扩散,该疾病进展迅速,人际传播能力极强,严重者可迅速进展为急性呼吸窘迫综合征、多器官功能障碍综合征等急危重症.抗病毒药物及激素治疗尚缺乏循证医学证据,中医药或在疾病防治方面有着重要作用.成都中医药大学附属医院发热病房收治新型冠状病毒肺炎患者1例并采取中医药早期干预治疗,该患者最终症状消失,2019-nCoV核酸检测转阴,解除隔离并出院.

The 2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)infection continues to spread recently,the disease is progressing rapidly,and the ability of human-to-human transmission is extremely strong.Severe cases can rapidly develop into acute respiratory distress syndrome,multiple organ dysfunction syndrome and other critical diseases.There is still a lack of evidence-based medical evidence for antiviral drugs and hormone therapy.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)may play an important role in the prevention and treatment of 2019-nCoV.A patient with corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)was admitted to the febrile ward of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM and treated with early intervention of TCM.After a week of the treatment,the symptoms of the patient disappeared,and the detection of 2019-nCoV nucleic acid turned negative.The patient was finally released from isolation and discharged from the hospital.
