一种船用冷藏集装箱集群测控方法的系统设计 被引量:2

A System Design for Measurement and Control Method of Marine Refrigerated Container Clusters

摘要 提出一种适用于集装箱船的冷藏集装箱集群测控方法。通过对冷藏集装箱单箱、冷藏集装箱集群和集装箱船舶的现状进行分析,研究设计一套基于硬件的船舶冷藏集装箱集群的测控系统,包括改良的蓝牙BLE5.0通信协议、系统通信数据字典、支持串口自供电的无线箱体模块、无线通信微基站和配置终端。开发完成产业化的成套产品,进行液化天然气(LNG)双燃料集装箱船的实船试验。在串口自供电设计方面,采用TxD双极性整流、电荷泵极性转换和双级电源供电,解决在取电电流仅为4 mA、使用时可供的脉冲电流高达18 mA的特种串口自供电电源的设计问题;在集装箱通信设计方面,实现不同品牌的冷藏集装箱的串口通信协议在会话层的嗅探解析;在冷藏箱集群的用电控制设计方面,为实现错峰供电,通过底层协议的控制,减少船舶电站容量,降低电站电流峰值。 A new measurement and control method of refrigerated container clusters on cargo ships is presented. Through the analysis of individual containers, clusters of containers and container ships, a set of hardware-based measurement and control systems is designed and improved, including Bluetooth BLE5.0 communication protocol, system communication data dictionary, wireless box modules supporting serial port self-power supply, wireless communication micro base station and configuration terminal. A complete industrialized set of products is developed and the field experiments on an LNG dual fuel container ship is conducted. For the design of self-powered serial port, the TxD bipolar rectification, charge pump polarity conversion and dual-stage power supply are adopted to solve the design problem of special serial self-powered power supply with only 4 mA supply electric current and up to 18 mA pulse current in using. For the container communication design, the resolved serial port communication protocols for different brands of refrigerated containers in the session layer with a sniffing technique is achieved. For the design of electricity control of the reefer cluster, in order to achieve the peak load shifting to reduce capacity requirement and peak current of the ship power station through the control of bottom layer protocol.
