摘要
大学生对专业的认同程度影响学习态度、学习行为和职业意向,对旅游管理人才培养质量和学科建设有重要意义。文章在借鉴相关学科专业认同理论的基础上,以扬州本科院校为调研对象,开展旅游管理本科生专业认同的特征及其差异研究。研究结果显示:旅游管理专业认同包括专业认知、专业情感和专业契合3个维度;专业认同在性别、年级、专业录取方式、家庭所在地和成绩等个体特征上存在显著差异。总体而言,旅游管理专业认同度不高,处于中立到赞成之间。
The degree of students’professional identity influences their learning attitude,learning behavior and career intention,which is of great significance to the quality of tourism management personnel training and discipline construction.Based on the theory of professional identity of relevant disciplines,this paper studies the characteristics and differences of professional identity of tourism management undergraduates by taking a local key undergraduate university as the research object.The research results show that the professional identity of tourism management includes three dimensions,such as professional cognitions,professional emotions and professional fits,and there are significant differences in individual characteristics of professional identity,such as genders,grades,professional admission methods,family locations and achievements.In general,the professional recognition degree of tourism management is not high,which is between neutrality and approval.
