Economic Development and Vocational Education:Coupling and Cooperation

经济发展与职业教育之间是否存在长期稳定的耦合关系,是制定职业教育政策的重要参考。以1978-2018年经济发展与职业教育相关变量的时间序列数据为依据,运用格兰杰因果关系检验法,研究我国经济发展与职业教育的耦合关系。研究结果表明,经济发展与职业教育之间的关系是单向耦合的,即职业教育促进了经济发展,而非双向互动生成的动态平衡关系。因此,要通过促动形塑共生化的经济与职业教育文化心理场,建构常态化的职业教育财政支持制度,积极构建法治化的职业教育财政政策话语体系,聚通与提升自觉化的"经济职业教育力"等促进经济与职业教育更好地协同发展。

Whether there is a long-term and stable coupling relationship between economic development and vocational education is an important reference for the formulation of vocational education policies in China. This study,based on the time sequence data(1978-2018)from variables in economic development and vocational education,as well as the Granger causality test,aims to explore the coupling relationship between economic development and vocational education in China. The results show that economic development and vocational education present a one-way coupling relationship,that is,vocational education promotes economic development,but there is no relationship of dynamic equilibrium resulting from two-way interactions. Therefore,it is necessary to promote a co-existent cultural-psychological field of economic development and vocational education,construct a regular financial system for the support of vocational education,build a law-based discourse system for the financial policy of vocational education,and gather and promote the conscious "economic power for vocational education" so as to push forward the coordinated development of economy and vocational education.
