对一台循环流化床锅炉能效测试的分析

Analysis of the Energy Efficiency Test of a CFB Boiler

近年来,我国陆续出台了一系列的节能、环保政策,有力地推进了各地锅炉能效测试工作的开展.本文针对一台循环流化床锅炉进行了能效测试,并依据测试结果和锅炉运行中出现的问题进行分析,对锅炉运行工况进行了调整,极大地提高了锅炉运行热效率,有效地减少了锅炉使用单位对于能源的浪费,对以后循环流化床锅炉的能效测试工作具有一定的借鉴意义.

In recent years,as a series of energy-saving and environmental protection policies have been issued successively in China,the implementation of energy efficiency test for boilers has been effectively promoted all over the country.In this paper,the energy efficiency test of a Circulating Fluidized Bed(CFB)boiler has been carried out.Based on the test results and analysis of the problems during the former test operation,the later test operation condition of the CFB boiler has been adjusted,which greatly improved the thermal efficiency of the boiler,and leaded to a significant reduction of the waste of energy.This test can also be used as a certain reference for the later energy efficiency test of CFB boilers.
