神经精神性系统性红斑狼疮患者脑代谢的机器学习研究 被引量:1

摘要 为早期诊断神经精神性系统性红斑狼疮(Neuropsychiatric Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, NPSLE),本文讨论研究建立一种新的多体素磁共振频谱(Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy, MRS)机器学习模型。该方法回顾性研究23例确诊的NPSLE患者和16例健康对照者(HC),均行3.0TMRI多体素磁共振频谱检查。研究表明,通过建立基于SVM的MRS机器学习模型,可以显著提高多体素MRS采集的代谢特征对早期诊断NPSLE的准确性。这为人工智能在医学影像中的应用以及智能辅助诊断系统的开发提供了新思路。
