酒店循证人力资源管理

摘要 旅游业服务市场竞争日趋激烈,企业管理者逐渐重视人力资源的开发与管理,然而传统管理方法已无法满足现代企业对人力资源的高标准、严要求。酒店的管理就是人的管理,其宗旨即以人为中心。本研究以旅游管理和酒店管理为基础,从循证管理与人力资源管理的结合为出发点,提出旅游行业的酒店人力资源管理借鉴循证管理的观点,改善酒店人力资源管理,对提高酒店经营效益,促进行业长远发展具有重要意义,为解决新时代背景下酒店人力资源管理层出不穷的问题提供方法借鉴。
