天然气液化中两种主低温换热器的应用与对比 被引量:6

Applications and comparisons of two main cryogenic heat exchangers on natural gas liquefaction process

摘要 主低温换热器作为天然气液化工艺中的核心设备,其选型是否合理将直接影响整个液化工厂的安全、经济、可靠运行。对最常用的两种主低温换热器(板翅换热器和绕管换热器)在液化工艺中的应用进行对比,可为主低温换热器的合理选型提供参考。总结梳理了两种主低温换热器的结构、技术特点以及应用范围,并从应用范围、应用特点以及关键技术等3个方面,对两者在天然气液化工艺上的应用效果进行了对比分析。两者分别适用于不同工艺、不同规模,且分别具有不同的技术参数。主低温换热器的选型需综合考虑液化工厂的建设规模以及采用的液化制冷工艺技术。此外,对于液化工厂的工厂环境、投资方式,亦应作为主低温换热器选型中的重要参考。 Main cryogenic heat exchanger is the core equipment in natural gas liquefaction process,the selection of it may bring direct influences on the safety,economic efficiency and reliability of the whole plant.Comparisons on the two main cryogenic heat exchangers(Plate-fin heat exchanger and Coil-wound heat exchanger)in liquefaction process can offer reference on the selection of main cryogenic heat exchanger.The structures,benefits and applications of these two heat exchangers are summarized.Comparisons are made on the applications,characteristics and key techniques of these two heat exchangers.These two heat exchangers are suitable for different processes,different scales and both have different technical characteristics.The selection of the right heat exchanger should be based on the scale,liquefaction process and other main parameters of the whole plant.
