摘要
基于海上油田能耗水平高、能效管理粗放的现状,从管理节能的角度出发,深入分析渤海湾某油田群生产中各工艺、公辅系统的主要能耗分布情况。在油田群能耗参数监测范围确立基础上,提出了符合油田群生产和管理实际需求的"能源-经济-环境"综合能效评价指标体系。最后通过可视化指标看板,依据"油田群-平台单元-工序"的三层架构对各项指标进行逐级分解展示,为指标分析人员的日常能效跟踪、绩效考核和节能潜力挖掘提供可视化手段。
Based on the current situation of high level energy consumption and casual efficiency management in offshore oil fields,deep analysis of energy consumption distribution of various production processes and utility auxiliary systems in the operation of an oil field group in Bohai Bay is conducted from the point of energy saving.A comprehensive energy efficiency evaluation system of"energy-economic-environment"which meets the actual demand of oil fields production and management is proposed on the basis of establishing the monitoring scope of the energy consumption parameters of the oil fields group.Finally,through the visual indicator kanban,all indicators are displayed and decomposed step by step according to the"oil fields group-platform-process"three tier architecture,which provides a visual means to track energy efficiency,appraise performance and explore potential of energy-saving for indicator analysts.
