miRNA对尤因肉瘤作用机制的研究进展

摘要 微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是一类内源性非编码的小分子RNA,其通过与靶mRNA的结合,降解或抑制其翻译,在转录后水平参与基因的调控,从而控制细胞的增殖、分化、凋亡等,参与疾病的发生及发展。尤因肉瘤(Ewing sarcoma,EWS)是原发性骨肿瘤中发病率仅次于骨肉瘤的骨恶性肿瘤,青少年多发,恶性程度高,复发及远处转移是导致患者死亡的主要原因。miRNA可通过基因水平的调控,参与EWS的发生发展、侵袭、转移等重要生物学过程,与患者的预后密切相关。本文就miRNA参与EWS相关的分子机制作一综述,以期为后期研究及临床治疗EWS提供依据。 Micro RNA(miRNA) is a kind of endogenous non-coding small molecular RNA,which is involved in the regulation of post-transcriptional levels of genes by binding to the target mRNA so as to degrade the mRNA or inhibit its translation,thus controls the proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis of cells. Ewing sarcoma(EWS)is the second most common malignant bone tumor among primary bone tumors which mainly appeared in adolescents. Recurrence and distant metastasis are the main causes of death. Through the regulation of gene level,miRNA may participate in the important biological processes such as the occurrence,invasion and metastasis of EWS,which is closely related to the prognosis.This paper reviews the molecular mechanism of miRNA in involvement in EWS in order to provide a basis for further research and clinical treatment of EWS.
