摘要
针对手动式引信磁电机检测方法操作安全性低、检测结果不稳定且检测效率低的问题,提出了引信磁电机性能检测自动加力控制装置。该装置运用自动控制技术、光电传感技术和专用控制软件等技术,实现了引信磁电机检测的自动化和数字化。实验结果表明,该装置在满足磁电机检测结果可靠性和稳定性的基础上,有效地提高了磁电机检测的操作安全和检测效率。
Aiming at the problems of low operation safety,unstable test results and low detection efficiency of manual fuze magneto detection method,a fuze magneto performance detection device based on automatic force control was proposed.The device used automatic control technology,photoelectric sensor technology and special control software technology to realize the automation and digitalization of fuze magneto detection.The experimental results showed that,on the basis of satisfying the reliability and stability of magneto detection results,the device effectively improved the operational safety and detection efficiency of magneto detection.
