黑铜泥与硫化渣综合回收工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 以山东恒邦冶炼股份有限公司铜电解车间产出的副产物黑铜泥和废水车间硫化生成的硫化砷渣为原料,对黑铜泥和硫化砷渣进行回收铜和砷的试验研究。结果表明:黑铜泥氧化酸浸最佳酸度75 g/L,双氧水用量/黑铜泥=1 m^3/t,氧化酸浸时间为2 h;氧化浸出液稀释倍数2倍,硫化渣加入量为理论值的2倍,硫化渣与氧化浸出液反应最佳,实现了黑铜泥与硫化渣综合回收,铜砷回收率分别为93.58%和90.01%。 Based on the by-product black copper mud produced by Shandong Hengbang Smelter Co.,Ltd.and the arsenic sulfide residue generated by vulcanization in the wastewater workshop,the experimental study of copper and arsenic recovery was carried out on the black copper mud and sulfide slag.The results showed that the best acidity of black copper mud oxidation acid leaching was 75 g/L,the amount of hydrogen peroxide/black copper mud was 1 m^3/t,the oxidation leaching liquid was 2 h,the sulfide residue was added to the theoretical value by 2 times,the sulfide residue and the oxidation leachate reaction were best,and the combined black copper mud and sulfide residue were realized,and the copper arsenic recovery rate was 93.58%and 90.01%,respectively.
