摘要
通过研究碱金属对邯钢高炉炉料的影响,得出随着温度的升高,炉料吸附碱金属含量逐渐上升,但在1100~1300℃时炉料吸附碱金属含量随温度上升而下降。随着烧结矿、球团矿和焦炭粒度的增加,吸附的碱金属含量均减小。随着碱金属含量的增加,焦炭反应后的强度下降,反应性升高;烧结矿、球团矿的低温还原粉化率RDI-3.15和RDI-0.5升高,RDI+6.3迅速下降。
By researching the influence of alkali metal on blast furnace burden,it concluded that adsorption alkali metal content increased gradually as the increase of temperature.But at 1100~1300℃,adsorption material alkali metal content declined as temperature rose。With the increase of sinter size,pellet size and coke size,alkali metal content decreased.CSR decreased and CRI of coal rose as the increase of alkali metal content;RDI-3.15 and RDI-0.5 of sinter and pellet increased,while RDI+6.3 decreased rapidly.
