摘要
介绍了采用X-射线荧光光谱法测定含钒生铁中硅、锰、磷、钒、钛元素含量的方法。通过采用预氧化生铁试样,选择合理配比的混合熔剂等措施,不仅有效解决了生铁在熔样过程中对坩埚的腐蚀,而且可以更加准确地测定生铁粉末样品的元素含量。该方法具有快速、简便、实用、测量结果精密度和准确度高的优点,能够更好地满足日常生产检测要求。
A method for the determination of Si,Mn,P,V and Ti in V-bearing pig iron by x-ray fluorescence spectrometry is introduced in this study.The corrosion of pig iron to crucible can be solved effectively and the element content of pig iron powder sample can be determined more accurately by adopting pre-oxidized pig iron sample and selecting a reasonable proportion of mixed flux.The method has many advantages of fast,simple,practical,high precision and accuracy,and can better meet the requirements of daily production testing.
