摘要
探究分析了安徽省3种医养结合养老模式:内置模式、联动模式、"1+N"模式,发现安徽省医养结合养老模式存在服务费用偏高、医养结合型人才紧缺和医养资源对接不畅等问题,提出从政府和社会共同努力、强化人才管理、推行"互联网+"等解决措施。
This article explores analyzes three kinds of integrated treatment and convalesce pension model in Anhui Province such as built-in model,linkage model and"1 + N"mode. It find out some problems of that service charge is high,shortage of talents of integrated treatment and convalesce,butt joint of resource of integrated treatment and convalesce is not free in integrated treatment and convalesce pension model. It puts forward countermeasures of joint effort from government and social,strengthening talents management,promoting"internet + "and so on.
