沪陕传染病防控信息发布的及时程度分析

Analysis on timeliness of releasing information on infectious diseases prevention and control of in Shanghai and Shaanxi

[目的]比较沪陕两地对传染病相关防控信息的及时发布程度,并探究其对传染病发病率的影响。[方法]收集政府机构等发布的涉及沪陕两地传染病敏感指标的公开信息报告和研究文献,量化计算及时程度;运用Spearman相关、线性回归分析方法分析其与传染病发病率之间的关系。[结果]2000-2017年,沪陕两地发布传染病防控信息的及时程度分别由2000年的24.0%、6.3%上升至2017年的54.6%、41.6%;两地对传染病防控信息发布的总体及时程度与传染病发病率的相关系数分别为-0.853、-0.657,P<0.05,对传染病发病率变化的解释程度分别为82.1%和29.6%。[结论]沪陕两地发布传染病防控信息的及时程度不断提升,且对传染病防控起到积极的推动作用,但仍有较大提升空间。

Objective To compare the timeliness of releasing information on the prevention and control of infectious diseases( PCID) in Shanghai and Shaanxi,and explore its impact on the incidence of infectious diseases. Methods It collected public information reports and research literature on infectious indicators related to infectious diseases from government in Shanghai and Shaanxi, quantum chemically calculated its timeliness. Spearman correlation and linear regression were conducted to analyze the relationship between the timeliness and incidence of infectious diseases. Results From 2000 to 2017,the timeliness of releasing information on the PCID in Shanghai and Shaanxi increased from 24. 0% and 6. 3% in 2000 to 54. 6% and 41. 6% in 2017. The correlation index of overall timeliness of releasing information on the prevention and control and incidence of infectious diseases in both Shanghai and Shaanxi was-0. 853 and-0. 657 respectively,P < 0. 05,the explanation to the change of incidence of infectious diseases was 82. 1% and 29. 6% respectively. Conclusions The timeliness of releasing information on PCID in Shanghai and Shaanxi has been improved,which played a positive role in promoting the PCID,but there is still larger room for improvement in Shanghai and Shaanxi.
