摘要 胎膜早破(PROM)是产科常见并发症。目前,临床常用的诊断方法如阴道pH值检测、阴道分泌物涂片在症状典型的PROM中比较灵敏,但对于隐匿性PROM的诊断假阳性率较高,易延误治疗,导致不良母婴结局。人绒毛膜促性腺激素β亚单位(β-HCG)、催乳素、胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-1(IGFBP-1)及甲胎蛋白(AFP)等因子对于隐匿性PROM的诊断逐渐受到研究人员的关注,但依然处于基础试验阶段。本研究针对上述各类因子对隐匿性PROM的诊断价值进行综述,为临床及时有效地诊断PROM提供参考依据。 Premature rupture of membranes(PROM)is a common complication in obstetrics department.At present,the commonly used clinical diagnosis methods such as vaginal pH value and vaginal secretion smear are more sensitive in the typical symptoms of PROM,but the false-positive rate of diagnosis for the atypical symptoms of PROM(occult PROM)is higher,thus delaying treatment,and leading to poor maternal and infant outcomes.Human chorionic gonadotropinβsubunit(β-HCG),prolactin,insulin-like growth factor binding protein-1(IGFBP-1)and alpha fetoprotein(AFP)and other factors in the diagnosis of occult PROM are gradually concerned by researchers.At present,these studies are still in the basic experimental stage.In this paper,the diagnostic value of these factors for occult PROM is summarized,which provides a reference for the timely and effective diagnosis of PROM in clinic.
