2018~2019年陕西省临床实验室梅毒血清学室间质评结果分析

Analysis on the External Quality Assessment of Syphilis Serological Tests in Shaanxi Clinical Laboratories from 2018 to 2019

目的了解陕西省二级及以上医疗卫生机构临床实验室梅毒血清学检测能力,提高全省梅毒血清学检测水平。方法 386家参控实验室每家发放5份梅毒参控样本,按各自实验室常规检测方法分别进行梅毒螺旋体血清学试验和非梅毒螺旋体血清学定性与定量试验,并在规定时间内检测并回报结果。结果经汇总后进行统计分析。结果 386家参控实验室上报率为100%,总合格率为99.48%。梅毒螺旋体血清学试验符合率为99.79%,非梅毒螺旋体血清学定性和定量试验符合率分别为98.91%和91.32%。结论陕西省二级及以上医疗卫生机构梅毒血清学检测总体能力较以往有所提升,需加强非梅毒螺旋体血清学定量试验技术培训。

Objective To understand the quality and test ability of syphilis serological tests among the clinical laboratories of secondary and higher medical institutions in Shaanxi province and improve the technical capability of syphilis serological tests. Methods Five quality control samples were distributed to each of the 386 clinical laboratories, for treponemal qualitative tests and non-treponemal qualitative and quantitative tests, respectively. The clinical laboratories were requested to provide feedback on the test results and other information within the stipulated time. The results were statistically analyzed after collection. Results The reported rate and the total qualification rate of 386 clinical laboratories were 100% and 99.48%, respectively. The coincidence rate of treponemal qualitative test was 99.79%. The coincidence rate of non-treponemal qualitative and quantitative tests were 98.91% and 91.32%, respectively. Conclusion The syphilis serological testing capacity of the laboratories of secondary and higher medical institutions in Shaanxi province has been improved compared to the past, meanwhile the capacity of non-treponemal quantitative test still needs to be enhanced.
