达托霉素在大孔吸附树脂上的吸附性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过研究大孔树脂对达托霉素的吸附行为,为工业化分离达托霉素提供一定的理论指导。采用静态吸附实验,研究不同大孔树脂对达托霉素的吸附能力;选用较优吸附树脂考察其对达托霉素的吸附热力学及动力学特性。D4020树脂吸附能力优于其他6种大孔树脂,平衡吸附量达33.9 mg/g;Langmuir模型、Dubinin-Radushkevich模型和Sips模型都能较好地模拟其等温吸附过程;吸附焓变ΔH<0、吸附自由能ΔG<0、吸附熵变ΔS>0,且温度升高对吸附不利,吸附过程为自发的放热反应过程;大孔树脂对达托霉素的吸附在4 h后达到平衡,吸附过程符合准二级动力学方程。D4020大孔树脂可用于吸附达托霉素;热力学和动力学研究结果为分离达托霉素提供理论指导和科学依据。 The adsorption behaviors of datomycin on macroporous resins were studied for providing theoretical direction on industrialized separation of datomycin.The static adsorption capacity of datomycin on different macroporous resins was compared.Then,the adsorption kinetics and thermodynamics of datomycin on the selected resin were investigated.The results show that the equilibrium adsorption capacity of D4020 resin for datomycin is up to 33.9 mg/g,which is higher than those of six other macroporous resins.The isotherm data fit well with Langmuir,Dubinin-Radushkevich and Sips isotherm models.The thermodynamic parameters areΔH<0,ΔG<0 andΔS>0,which indicate the adsorption is a spontaneous and exothermic process.The increase of temperature isn′t beneficial to the adsorption.The adsorption balance of datomycin on the resin is reached after four hours.The kinetic adsorption data fit well with the pseudo-second-order model.The D4020 resin can be used to adsorb datomycin.The research results provide theoretical direction and scientific evidence for separation of datomycin.
