摘要 应用AHP-熵权法-模糊综合评价法探讨西安市水资源开发利用程度,并建立水资源开发利用评价模型。结果表明,西安市水资源开发利用程度整体处于发展阶段,开发利用潜力指数为0.552,具备中等水平的开发利用潜力。除西安市区和临潼的水资源开发利用程度较高之外,其余分区均处于初始或发展阶段。不同评价方法的对比分析显示,AHP-熵权法-模糊综合评价法可靠、实用。对西安市水资源开发利用状况进行Arcgis可视化分析,发现西安市东部水资源开发利用程度较西部高。 The AHP-entropy weight method-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was applied to discuss the development and utilization degree of the regional water resources in Xi’an City,and the evaluation model of water resources development and utilization was established.The results show that the development and utilization of water resources in Xi’an is in the middle stage,and the development and utilization potential index is 0.552,which has a medium level of exploitation potential.Except for the urban area of Xi’an and Lintong District,the water resources development and utilization in other districts are in the initial or development stage.The AHP-entropy weight method-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is reliable and practical compared with other evaluation methods.Finally,Arcgis visualization analysis of water resources development and utilization in Xi’an City was carried out,which shows that the water resources development and utilization degree in the eastern part of Xi’an is higher than the western part.
