摘要
高模量碳纤维由于其高模量、尺寸稳定等优势在航空航天等领域有着重要的应用。综述了高温石墨化制备高模量碳纤维的原理,以及石墨化过程中纤维理化性能的变化。同时介绍了高模量碳纤维的主要表面改性方法,以及国内外高模量碳纤维的发展应用情况。
High modulus carbon fiber has important applications in aerospace and other fields due to the high modulus and dimension stability.In this paper,the principle of preparing high modulus carbon fiber by high temperature graphitization and the change of physicochemical properties of fiber during graphitization are reviewed.At the same time,the main surface modification methods of high modulus carbon fiber and the development and application of high modulus carbon fiber at home and abroad are introduced.
