摘要
随着化纤工艺技术的提高,高性能化学纤维的品种越来越多,性能越来越高,在工业和国防科技方面的应用也越来越广泛。对于聚酰亚胺纤维,常常需要切断至长度6 mm以下,添加到特殊复合材料中,提高复合材料的综合性能。目前市场上高性能纤维切断机,一般通过铡刀(剪刀)式、滚刀式或挤压式实现纤维的切断,能够正常切断的短纤长度一般都是在6 mm及以上范围,有效切断长度小于6 mm的切断机很少有销售,国外进口的设备非常昂贵。针对现实的需求,奥神新材料股份有限公司组织专业技术人员攻关,研发一种能够有效切断聚酰亚胺纤维的装置以及实现短切的方法,以单片机辅助控制,利用切断刀口之间产生电火花,熔断聚酰亚胺纤维,实现短切功能。
With the improvement of chemical fiber process technology,there are more and more varieties of high-performance chemical fibers with increasingly higher performance,and their applications in industrial and defense science and technology are becoming more and more extensive.For polyimide fibers,it is often necessary to cut it to less than 6 mm in length and add it to special composite materials to improve the comprehensive performance of composite materials.At present,high-performance fiber cutting machines on the market generally uses guillotine(scissor),hob,or squeeze to achieve fiber chopping.The length of staple fiber that can be cut normally is generally within 6 mm and above.Cutting machines with an effective cutting length of less than 6 mm are rarely sold,and imported equipment is very expensive.Based on actual demands,AOSHEN company organized professional and technical staff to tackle the key problem,and developed a device effectively cutting polyimide fiber and a method to achieve chopping.With the aid of single-chip microcomputer auxiliary control,the electric spark is generated between the cutting edges to fuse the polyimide fiber to realize the chopping function.
