薏苡仁中药饮片指纹图谱的构建和识别模式研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的建立薏苡仁中药饮片高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱,为其质量控制和标准制定提供科学依据。方法采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法(HPLC-ELSD)建立薏苡仁中药饮片指纹图谱,并采用总量统计矩法定量计算各批次样品的总量统计矩参数;应用相似度分析并结合聚类分析和主成分分析等模式识别技术评价18批次薏苡仁样品总体质量。结果薏苡仁中药饮片HPLC指纹图谱共标定了7个共有峰,并指认该7个成分峰分别为三亚油酸甘油酯、1,2-亚油酸-3-油酸甘油酯、3-棕榈酸二亚油酸甘油酯、1,2-油酸-3-亚油酸甘油酯、棕榈酸亚油酸油酸甘油酯、甘油三油酸酯、棕榈酸二油酸甘油酯;各批次相似度均在0.97以上;聚类分析和主成分分析均将样品分为3类。结论中药饮片指纹图谱结合化学识别模式能较好地反映薏苡仁的整体质量,可为其质量控制和评价提供参考。 Objective To establish HPLC fingerprints and provide a reference for quality control and standard setting of Coicis semen decoction pieces.Methods Chemical fingerprints of Coicis semen decoction pieces were established by HPLC-ELSD,and total statistical moment parameters of each batch of samples were calculated.The further quality assessment of 18 batches of Coicis semen samples was carried out by similarity analysis,cluster analysis(CA)and principal component analysis(PCA).Results HPLC fingerprint with seven common peaks was established,and the seven common peaks were identified as trilinolein,1,2-linolein-3-olein,1,2-linolein-3-palmitin,1,2-olein-3-linolein,1-palmitin-2-linolein-3-olein,glyceryl trioleate and 1,3-olein-2-palmitin.The similarities of all batches were over 0.97.The samples were classified in to three categories by CA and PCA.Conclusion The overall quality of Coicis semen decoction pieces could be well reflected by HPLC fingerprint combined with pattern recognition.It can provide scientific basis for quality control and evaluation of Coicis semen decoction pieces.
